IMAK OFFERS COLORPLUS THERMAL TRANSFER RIBBONS

IMAK, the world’s largest manufacturer of thermal tag and label ribbons, offers ColourPlus two-colour striped thermal transfer ribbons. ColorPlus ribbons are a cost-effective option for printing two-colour labels in one pass on a single head barcode printer. With the increased usage of colour in tag and label printing, IMAK’s ColorPlus ribbons offer users an affordable and easy solution for colour tag and label printing.

Printing of two-colour tags and labels using IIMAK’s ColorPlus ribbons eliminated the need for two passes through a traditional barcode printer. Utilizing ColorPlus ribbons in a single head printer can eliminate the need for pre-printed labels, making it cost effective to produce labels with two colours for printing logos, colour coding of shelf and bin labelling, garment tags, wrist bands and other applications where colour is essential. Because only one pass is required, the need to frequently change ribbons is eliminated.

IMAK ColorPlus wax ribbons are available in 110mm and 102mm widths with colour combinations of black and one other colour. Seventy-five per cent of each ColorPlus ribbon is black, and the remaining 25 per cent is colour. Currently, ColorPlus ribbons are available in combinations of black with yellow, magenta, cyan, light blue, dark blue, red, maroon, green and grey.
